Master Services Agreement (MSA)

1. General Terms and Conditions

This Master Services Agreement ("MSA") governs the overall relationship between Hustle 360 LTD ("Service Provider") and you ("Client"), including the provision of services and deliverables.

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the Service Provider as specified in individual Service Agreements.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this MSA will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

4. Amendment Process

This MSA may be amended by mutual written agreement of the parties.
