Refund Policy

  1. Introduction Hustle 360 Global (LTD/LLC) aims to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our procedures for processing refunds.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Services rendered and digital products purchased are generally non-refundable.

    • Event tickets may be refundable under certain conditions, such as event cancellation or significant changes to event details.

  3. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at biz@hustle360.co within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of your request.

  4. Processing Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of your request being approved.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Non-Refundable Items

    • Subscriptions after the initial period
