🎉 What's New
Edit Invoice Functionality
You can now edit unpaid sales invoices directly from the invoice details page! This gives you the flexibility to make corrections or updates before your customers complete payment.
What you can edit:
Customer information (name, email, phone, address)
Invoice amount
Purpose and notes
VAT settings (rate and inclusion)
Stamp duty inclusion
Partial payment settings (enable/disable and minimum amounts)
How to use it:
Open any unpaid invoice from your Sales Invoices list
Click the "Edit Invoice" button at the top right
Make your changes
Click "Update Invoice" to save
Important notes:
✅ Only unpaid invoices can be edited
✅ The payment link (URL) remains the same after editing
✅ If the customer has already opened the payment page, they'll see the updated details when they refresh
✅ Changes are logged for audit trail
Business benefits:
Fix typos or incorrect amounts without creating a new invoice
Update customer contact details if they changed
Adjust tax settings if needed before payment
Save time by not having to cancel and recreate invoices
🔧 What's Fixed
Payment Button Issue - RESOLVED ✅
Issue: Some customers were unable to complete payments due to a technical error with the payment button initialization.
Fix applied: The payment system now works correctly for all invoice types:
✅ Full payment invoices
✅ Partial payment invoices
✅ Invoices with and without VAT
✅ All payment providers (Flutterwave, Monnify)
What this means for you:
Your customers can now reliably complete payments without errors
No more "Route not defined" errors on the payment page
Payment buttons load and function correctly every time
Both full and partial payment options work seamlessly

If a customer reports a payment issue, use the "Check Payment Status" button to verify
