Summary of This Release:

• This update delivers a complete end-to-end workflow for dispute handling and tax remittances: from automatic dispute-ticket generation and staff resolution through enhanced remittance exports (gross pay, net pay, taxable income), auto-deductions in contributions, and streamlined note-taking for agents and clients. It also tightens page permissions and addresses several usability bugs.

• Upcoming API Transition Reminder: Please note that we will be phasing out the use of "id" for the User Management API in favor of "object_id" on March 25, 2025. Make sure your integrations are updated accordingly.

A. Dispute Center

• Dispute Ticket Generation

  • Automatically create a ticket in Support → Dispute Center whenever a transaction review is triggered.

• Staff Resolution Workflow

  • View full dispute details (transaction info, user, agent).

  • Contact agents and clients via in-app messaging links.

  • Add internal and external notes.

  • Update status: Under Review, Escalated, Resolved.

B. Tax Remittance Module

• Enhanced Worksheet Export & Preview

  • Remittance Worksheet downloads and previews now include Gross Pay, Net Pay, and Taxable Income.

• Auto-Deduction

  • Any remittance marked Complete is automatically deducted from the contribution total and summary view.

• Quick Notes

  • Agents and clients can add quick notes; only the latest note shows on load, with a "View All Notes" button to expand full history.

• Permissions

  • Enforced ACLs on all new pages so only authorized roles can view or edit dispute tickets, remittance details, and notes.

C. Bug Fixes

• Manual Top-Up Approval: "View Receipt" button now correctly displays the uploaded receipt.

• Password Reset Page: Switched primary credential field from email to username.

• Domain Validation on Onboarding: Disallow spaces, URL schemes, "www." prefixes, "@" characters, public-mail hosts (gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.), require valid TLD.
