🔧 We Fixed the Logout Button!

The Issue: Some users were having trouble logging out - clicking the logout button wasn't working properly.

What We Did: Our team identified and fixed the technical issue that was preventing the logout confirmation window from appearing.

  • Logout now works reliably - Click the logout button and the confirmation dialog will appear as expected

  • Better security - You can now properly log out when you're done using the system

💰 Enhanced Payment Processing Security

The Issue: In the Agent Center, when processing remittance payments, agents could accidentally click the "Yes, proceed" button multiple times, potentially causing duplicate payments.

What We Did: We added smart payment protection that prevents double-clicking and shows clear processing status.

What This Means for You:

  • No more duplicate payments - The system now prevents accidental double-clicks during payment processing

  • Clear visual feedback - You'll see a processing spinner directly on the payment confirmation screen

  • Safer transactions - The payment window locks during processing to prevent interruptions

🔍 Improved Search Functionality

The Issue: When searching for third-party providers, the search was only looking at records on the current page instead of searching through all your providers.

What We Did: We upgraded the search system to look through your entire provider database and improved the search experience.

  • Search everything - Now finds providers across all pages, not just the current page

  • Faster searching - Type and results appear automatically as you search

  • Better results - Search works across multiple fields: name, email, phone, address, and services

The Issue: The manual top-up approval page was showing all pending requests and history at once, making it difficult to find specific transactions when you have many requests to review.

What We Did: We added pagination and search capabilities to both the pending requests and approval history sections.

  • Better organization - Pending requests and history are now split into manageable pages

  • Find requests faster - Search through pending requests by name or description

  • Track history easily - Search approval history by user, company, status, or reviewer notes

  • Independent navigation - Browse pending requests and history separately with their own page controls

  • Real-time search - Results update automatically as you type your search terms

  • Clear overview - See exactly how many total requests match your search


👥User Profile Update Issues

The Problem: When users tried to update their personal information (like name, email, or address), they were getting confusing error messages about "invalid roles" - even when they weren't trying to change their job roles at all. This was frustrating and prevented users from keeping their profiles current.

What We Fixed: We resolved the technical issue that was causing these error messages to appear incorrectly.

💡 What You Need to Do

Nothing! All four improvements are already active and working automatically.

For general users: Just use the logout button normally - it will work as intended.

For agents: When processing payments in the Agent Center, you'll now see clear processing indicators and the system will prevent accidental double-clicks.

For provider management: Your search will now automatically look through all your providers, not just the current page. Just start typing and results will appear!

For top-up approvers: The manual top-up approval page now has separate search and pagination for pending requests and history - use the search boxes to quickly find specific transactions.

If you bookmarked any pages or have the system open in multiple tabs, you might want to refresh your browser to ensure you have the latest version.
