What is the Logo Use Case?

In Gangmates, uploading your company logo is an essential part of customizing the platform to reflect your organization's branding. The logo appears across various sections of the platform, including reports, invoices, and employee portals, helping create a cohesive and professional look for internal and external communication.


When to Use the Logo Feature?

  1. Branding: Customize Gangmates to align with your company’s visual identity.

  2. Professionalism: Ensure that your company logo is visible on official documents such as payslips, invoices, and reports.

  3. Recognition: Strengthen brand recognition for employees and external stakeholders interacting with the platform.


How to Upload Your Company Logo

Step 1: Access the Branding Section

  1. Navigate to the Configurations tab in the menu.

  2. Select Branding from the dropdown options.


Step 2: Upload Your Logo

  1. Locate the Logo Section on the Branding page.

  2. Click on the Upload button.

  3. Select your company logo file from your device.

    • Ensure the file meets the following requirements:

      • File Size: Must be below 2MB.

      • File Format: Must be in JPEG or PNG format.

  4. Click Upload to save your logo to the system.


Best Practices for Using Your Logo

  1. File Quality: Use a high-resolution logo to ensure it looks professional in all documents.

  2. Transparency: If available, use a PNG file with a transparent background for better integration with Gangmates’ interface.

  3. Size Optimization: Ensure your logo is optimized for web use (less than 2MB) to avoid upload issues or slow loading times.


Where the Logo Will Be Used

  1. Invoices: Appears at the top of invoices sent to vendors or third-party providers.

  2. Payslips: Displayed on employee payslips to reflect your brand.

  3. Employee Portal: Enhances the branding of your employee-facing portal.

  4. Reports: Included in financial and operational reports generated within Gangmates.
